This site has commercial relationships. Here is exactly which ones, and exactly what they do and do not influence.

The relationships
Discover Cotswold recommends a small, fixed set of local firms across the guide, and each of these is a disclosed commercial relationship:
- Peters & Associates — real estate representation for buyers and sellers.
- Your Leader in Luxury — luxury and relocation representation.
- Peters Custom Homes — custom construction and whole-house renovation.
- Emerald & Oak Design — interior architecture and furnishing.
- Peters Audio Video — smart home, networking, and AV systems.
Where one of these firms appears, the module carries a "Trusted Local Resource" label and outbound links are marked as sponsored. We may receive compensation or referral consideration when a reader engages one of them.
What that does not buy
- It does not buy favorable coverage of the neighborhood, its market, or its schools.
- It does not buy inclusion in dining, shopping, parks, or things-to-do coverage.
- It does not buy suppression of unflattering facts, and no partner has approval over what we publish.
- It does not add cost for you. Recommendations are not a fee-sharing arrangement charged to readers.
Editorial independence
Guide pages are written from primary sources first, as described in our editorial methodology. A recommendation module is attached to a page after the reporting, because the topic makes the referral relevant — never the reverse.
Business mentions are not paid
Restaurants, shops, parks, and civic institutions we write about are described editorially. No business pays to be named, ranked, or praised in those sections.
Not a brokerage
Discover Cotswold is an editorial publication, not a real estate brokerage or licensed contractor. Any professional relationship exists between you and the firm you hire under its own written agreement.
