Filing a notice of claimed infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice through the contact page, marked for copyright attention, including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site, with the specific page address, sufficient to let us locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly filing a materially false notice can carry liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
What happens next
On receiving a valid notice we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and, where applicable, notify whoever supplied it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat infringement
We terminate access for parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
