Rights you can exercise

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you and how it was used.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal retention limits.
• Portability — ask for a copy in a portable format.
• Opt out — direct us not to share your information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

How to submit

Send your request through the contact page, choosing the privacy topic and stating clearly which right you are exercising. Include the email address you used with us so we can locate any records.

Verification

To protect you, we verify requests before acting. Usually that means confirming control of the email address in our records. We ask for the minimum needed to establish a reasonable match and do not use verification information for any other purpose.

Authorized agents

An agent may submit on your behalf with written authorization. We may still confirm the request directly with you.

Timing

We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to resolve them within 45 days, extending once with notice where a request is complex. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

What we may keep

We may retain records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain the correction history of the guide. If we cannot honor part of a request, we will say which part and why.

No retaliation

Exercising a privacy right never changes the content, quality, or availability of this guide to you.
